With over 25 years in the hospitality industry, perhaps my greatest quality in business is an innate service orientation to the customer.  Truly listening to customers’ needs and providing solutions that solve their problems is a large part of who I am. Business owners will not find the “traditional” salesperson mentality with me.  Rather, they will find a consultative approach and a sustaining resource in order to help them and their businesses.

For me, our business comes down to two very important things: trust and building relationships.  You have my word that I will not ask for your business unless I can first come up with a plan for improving it.
