It’s Wickett, and I had a blast at Adventureland on June 24th with LAZER 103.3! I was there for the grand opening of their two newest thrill rides: The Flying Viking and Draken Falls. I was lucky to be one of the first official Flying Viking riders, and it was super fun! I even did an on-air break for LAZER during the ride.
I was also happy to meet some LAZER listeners and spend some time talking with Adventureland’s new General Manager, Mike Lusky, who just started a week prior to the grand opening event (nice timing, right?). Mike comes to Iowa from Texas where he spent a decade+ working for Six Flags Over Texas. I can’t wait to head over to Adventureland again!
