LAZER 103.3’s Walking Fed had a successful year supporting the Food Bank of Iowa’s BackPack Program. LAZER 103.3, Confluence Brewing, and our amazing LAZER listeners helped raise over $21,000 for the Food Bank of Iowa. That’s over 4,000 backpacks to help kids and their families deal with food insecurity.
From challenges to song requests to personalized videos, our local talent found creative ways to raise money and give back to the community in a big way!
A special thanks goes to Confluence Brewing Company for their $5,000 match donation. Plus, a thank you to all of you for contributing towards The Walking Fed Food Drive to benefit the Food Bank of Iowa!
Though the campaign has ended, you can still make a contribution to the Food Bank of Iowa.
